I agree that parents have no say in how the school board runs things. It is the taxpayers who finance the schools. It is they who should determine how the schools are run.
The parents aren’t the taxpayers? I’d be willing to bet that they are. Even renters are paying the landlord’s property taxes included in the rent money.
