The CIA is overseeing a secret intensive training program in the U.S. for elite Ukrainian special operations forces and other intelligence personnel, according to five former intelligence and national security officials familiar with the initiative. The program, which started in 2015, is based at an undisclosed facility in the Southern U.S., according to some of those officials.

The CIA-trained forces could soon play a critical role on Ukraine’s eastern border, where Russian troops have massed in what many fear is preparation for an invasion. The U.S. and Russia started security talks earlier this week in Geneva but have failed thus far to reach any concrete agreement.

No he wouldn’t. Reagan didn’t create pointless wars, and also, the USSR ended 3 decades ago. Reagan would laugh at these modern imbeciles in DC.

Was Reagan a Russia Lover?

That's what the Hawks called Reagan, when he agreed to meet with Gorbachev in Rejkjavik. They felt that Reagan betrayed them.

“I didn’t know ISIS was available.”

Yes. The CIA has been shipping them out of Syria to northern Afghanistan, for possible missions elsewhere.

The first rule in backing an insurgency is to keep your mouth shut about it so as to keep the element of surprise, not advertise what you are doing. If the advertise like this, you are just doing so to bluff, to scare the Russians into not invading, or to suppress panic at home.

As long as Russian soldiers are claiming asylum, then Ukraine needs to accept them and their families, and they should get to stay in Ukraine with their families while asylum proceedings are going through; It’s not a war, it’s diversity and diversity is our strength.

“What’s your beef with Russia anyway”

Oh, I don’t know. Maybe they are planning to invade Ukraine.

I’ve hated Russia my entire life. From the Reagan days to the present.

If the Russians were crossing the Rio Gtande the media would be calling them dreamers and refugee children.

It is so secret that not even Yahoo News and secretly tell us about the secret. And people believe the gov. could keep a 911 conspiracy secret. Of course, one could argue that there is a secret plan to secretly leak the secret intensive training program. Try to keep it a secret.
