For the people who want NATO stopping a move by Russia in their own backyard. What is exactly the process by which NATO would do this? B-52s over Russian staging areas? F-35s taking out Russian command and control? A-10s tearing up Russian armor? Or do we just go straight to what everyone has always known was the only way to stop Russian armored corps in Europe, theater nukes? Absolute madness to even be discussing getting involved.
Nukes will never be used again. They are not weapons of war, they are political poker chips that can NEVER be cashed by either side.
Not hard, just back Ukraine. EU countries sign a defense treaty with Ukraine. It's a EU problem not ours.
