What is the point of a bunch of covid tests if they are not allowing the drugs to treat people?

Utterly ridiculous, isn't it? CDC says "if you are sick, Quarantine and Isolation at home." You need a test to tell you THAT?

I did a bunch of errands today (this is CA) and everywhere young, scared-to-death millennials are telling this old guy "Pull your mask up. Higher! it has to be over your nose. I'll have to ask you to leave if you don't pull your mask up."
