The military presence means combatants in the field. Ah, so Russian military presence bringing military equipment and cargo to an obvious Russian military depot inside Ukraine is not a "military presence," they must be explicitly on the field.
Well, when they come back on coffins, that must mean they were "in the field" at some point, right?
"On at least 27 different occasions, the Observer Mission has reported seeing funerary vehicles returning to Russia with a sign reading “Cargo 200” or “200,” a well-known code for Russian military casualties. The most recent of these crossings was on October 27. We also note that your report, Mr. Schaller, indicates that 48 ambulances and four unmarked funerary transport crossed the border over the last three months alone."

Did all those Russian soldiers get killed unloading trucks of food and barbie dolls for the little children of Luhansk?

That you are linking is not an objective report once again. Where are the pictures?

That you are linking is not an objective report once again. Ah okay, so an OSCE official summarizing reports is insufficient, lets look at the OSCE's 2019 report (I believe that article summarizes the 2020 report, but all reports basically report the same Russian misbehavior!):
This is an image from the report summarizing key things that were monitored:
Note the "Cargo 200" section, and the bit about more than 30,000 people dressed up like soldiers crossing the border.
Here is the link to the official report:

What is it supposed to prove?
People in the military outfit in the war zone?
Families? What families?
What aircraft? Do they count commercial aircraft or not?
What funeral vans? Don’t people die or what? I see funeral vans with “200” on them well outside the conflict zone.
I see ambulances, trucks, minivans, trains and Russian convoys so what?
To: NorseViking
People in the military outfit in the war zone? Crossing from Russia into Ukraine? Along with obvious Russian military convoys that the Russians hide from the OSCE at midnight? You missed these important parts.
What funeral vans?
Driving from cities like Luhansk into Russia? If they're dying in Luhansk, filled with people from Luhansk, why aren't they buried in Luhansk? And why use Russian military code denoting dead Russian soldiers?
I see funeral vans with “200” on them well outside the conflict zone.
Didn't you call the OSCE a minute ago an "objective" source for reports? It is the OSCE that highlights the fact that they had "Cargo 200" written on them because of their association with dead Russian soldiers.

Anybody up this late is obviously a Ukranian patsy.

Surplus military clothing is a common wardrobe in fSU. Most low-income people are wearing them on a daily basis. "Code 200" is not a uniquely military designation. It is universally used for the vehicle transporting dead bodies, civilian included.
One funeral van observed crossing the border over the year means nothing. It might be for an oil change. OSCE has both objective reports detailing their observations and also summaries including interviews and guesses of their personnel. The latter is not objective.

Thank God I’m out in the sticks of lower Alabama. I won’t die in a radioactive fireball like those Trump haters. At least the fake news propagandists won’t make it in their desolated cities...
Not to rain on your survivor parade...but in 1990 the US Army did a study to estimate how much nukes it would take to smash the US's ability to function as a cohesive, controllable government and civilisation. They calculated 10 Megatons total. They also estimated that the combined nuclear weapons of all nuke capable countries to be 5,000 Megatons. Using Hiroshima dead as a metric (100K per 15KT)...5000MT will kill 34Billion people. There are only 7.2 Billion on the planet. So...unless you have some really good friends in a reeeeally far away place...if you're not killed outright, you're gonna wish that you had been. *Keep in mind that the typical city buster strategic nuke is only 350KT* Sweet dreams. :O)

I think you are largely safe away from big cities and military installations.

I have a radically liberal niece in CA...if she was asked, was it worth it, she would emphatically say, YES.
What would she say if she was asked about how much $ each black person in Cali should be given per month in reparations? $100? $500? $1500? Then ask HER to give the next black walking by $20 or a $50 spot as reparations. OR Ask HER to take in an illegal immigrant family into her home since, you know, they're entitled to it! I dare ya.

People just dont want to stop and think what nuke war implies. Its like asking them to ponder what 5 Trillion dollars is like. Its just too enormous to fathom....doesnt compute. In a nuclear world, there are NO safe people. In a nuclear world the REAL enemy is war itself. Comprendes?

Once The Big Guy has sent Putin a strongly worded letter condemning their successful invasion the Butchers of Beijing will wonder “what do we have to lose?”
To: know.your.why
LOL. She would say yes to all except probably the live-in illegals. I would ask her but we have made a pact to not discuss politics, sometimes she can’t help herself and puts in a dig. We made this agreement years ago when our family was in a restaurant, (she in the only liberal) the conversation ended with me flipping a heaping spoonful of mashed potatoes at her and she returned fire with ice cubes.

Yup, McCain clearly was nuts. Him and Hillary wanted to brew a war in Syria against Russian forces to help their ISIS buddies.

Russia no more gets to dictate who can join NATO then NATO can dictate what kind of cars get driven in Moscow.
The very reason to even have NATO is to make sure that the scumbag Russians don’t get to tell everyone else what to do.
