Yes, but they have clearly decided this will please more customers than it chases away.
I actually would feel better if I thought that were the case, that someone did a real analysis and came to that conclusion.
I simply don't believe that happens. I don't believe any of this kind of thing is data driven. If it were a real data-driven business decision, I would live with that cold hard fact.
But my gut tells me this is craven pandering.
