It is voting fraud, not voting reform.
Just heard on Hannity radio show ( snippets) the bill will be voted on tonight...you know everything they wickedly do they do it in the dark, anyways The bill will most likely not pass but they are prepared to use the nuclear crap to pass it. This is very scary that it might pass and we will end up having a dictatorship run by evil Democrats for as long as America can survive them. They are like cornered dangerous animals grasping at anything to retain their power their greed but most of all their hideous evil crime ridden secrets buried where the truth will never see the sunlight!
