4.2 - 44 GHz is a HUGE swath of radio frequency. I’m sure that image is a typo and it’s 4.2 - 4.4 GHz.
When I was a CTT in the Navy, my interception capabilities were from 0 to 10.2 GHz...
I did a LOT of SIGSEC training of pilots, etc.
