There’s one set of rules for the lawbreaking people at the top and another set of rules for the lawbreaking people at the bottom. Us poor schlubs in the middle? Ha! We get all the laws thrown at us.

Good point regarding the tiered justice system. I hear all the time there is a two tiered justice system, but it is actually three tiered as you point out.
