Actually, despite all the gaffes and his hiding in the basement, he does not sound that bad after all. Yes one can pick on him and made him appear stupid, but overall he can read his stuff OK.
During the presidential debates, he kind of surprised me. I expected bumbling idiot and he was pretty coherent!
So his delivery is not the problem. His message is!
Oh you mean like his story telling of the good old days or made up stories he wants to impress anybody with.....or the scripted sing songs he tries to sell.

That’s the medicated Joe you’re seeing. A little Adderal or Xanax and he can function for an hour or two but once the meds wear off he’s back to being ‘’organic’’, ie, confused, tired, combative . Medications like that tend to constipate a person so if they’re giving him a purgative there’s no telling when he’ll suddenly have an ‘’accident’’ and crap his drawers.
Medications have side effects and the older the patient the
more the side effects will have an impact. After a period of time a resistance builds up and new meds have to be found. I pray night and day this old bastard has a stroke.
