Looks like there is a spike in case counts, with no corresponding change in deaths, after a long trough of negligible covid-19.

There is a stark favorable contrast for Uttar Pradesh, compared to the heavily vaxxed and boosted israel. Uttar Pradesh uses ivm; israel uses mRNA. Btw- similar population size.
Even you vax propagandists have to admit, since the use of the kits with ivm, Uttar Pradesh has had MUCH better results than israel.
