I do D, C, Zinc, Quercetin and flush my nostrils out with Xynase 3x daily. I started using Afrin 2x daily when Omicron hit. I've been exposed to Omicron at least 4x and so far -- nothing. Every time I've been notified I was exposed, I test and come up negative. Every. Single. Time.
We know that Covid-19 and its variants settle in the nose and spread from there. Flushing makes complete sense to avoid infection.
You sound just as scared as the mandaters. You better check if there are any side effects of all that stuff you’re shooting up your nose.
