The suspect in an Alabama bowling alley shooting that left one dead, six injured has been released on bond a second time, the Montgomery County Sheriff's office confirmed to WSFA.
Tory Johnson, 23, was released from the Montgomery County Detention Facility Saturday morning. He has been charged with murder, two counts of first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault in the Jan. 9 shooting.

It does afford street justice an opportunity to fill the gap.
I mean...it’s not like he walked through some velvet ropes in a public building.
Those 400-500 pound former welfare queen, Stacy Abrams wannabes sure have made America a dangerous place to live since being elected as District Attorneys. Elections do have consequences.
VOTE DEMOCRATS OUT. !!!
Vote them out .
Uh, bowling CENTER. LOL!
Get the January 6 out of joe jail and do it now. We don’t have representation if this stands for over a year. We can’t stand.
Even in Alabama this insanity is happening?
But unlike the January 6th defendants, who supposedly represent an ongoing threat to public safety and hence are denied bail, this guy presents no threat whatsoever. This makes me sick.
In this case the DA asked that the bail be increased:
Excerpt:
The suspect’s bond was set at $270,000, including $150,000 for the murder charge and between $15,000 and $30,000 each for the assault charges, according to court filings. Bailey said while the bail amounts were at the maximum level of the recommended bail schedule, “these amounts are not appropriate in this case” and noted that the recommendation is there “to allow Courts to exercise their discretion, and set bail amounts in excess of the schedule when the facts support such an action.”
“The current bail amount is woefully inadequate to protect the public from this dangerous and violent criminal,” the DA stated in his motion. “To adequately protect the community, it is imperative that this Court increase the defendant’s bail and order his immediate arrest.”

Tory Johnson bonded out of jail hours after allegedly killing 1 and injuring 6 others in Montgomery
Yes. A member of a protected species.
Some states are politically hopeless regarding crime, but the Alabama legislature is majority Republican, and the governor is at least RINO. What will it take to get laws passed that prevent releasing murderers on bond so that they can re-offend multiple times before trial on the first offenses? This case is NOT unique. The public needs to demand legal reform that shuts down the revolving door, no matter what criminal-loving prosecutors and judges want.
So it’s time to impeach the judge.
Used to go bowling there with my wife back in the late 80s. Not a very fancy place, but at least we never had any shootings.
In a just world, the perp would break into the “judge’s” home and dispatch he / she/ it.
Which company provided the bond?
In recent history the city of Montgomery’s political leaders have been notoriously prejudiced. Bit not towards Pics, if you get my drift. The mayor was arguably off the rails biased.
Far too many DAs bought off by Soros. This is outrageous, letting a murderer out for a few bucks of bond.

The Veteran
Frederick Forsyth
“Frederick Forsyth’s collection of five stories, The Veteran is definitely worth reading. In The Veteran, An old man with a limp is mugged in Tottenham, foolishly puts up a fight, is knocked to the floor and kicked about the body and head with steel-capped boots, all witnessed by an Asian shopkeeper. “
