I know many FBI agents as well. Some on the HRT. All great guys who love America. They just want to do their jobs and go home, just like the rest of us. But you’ll have a very difficult time defending them on this forum. Too many around here have succumbed to the ultra-conservative media narrative about federal law enforcement. Obviously the FBI has made numerous mistakes. All agencies have. But the belief that the FBI is continually entrapping innocent victims and trying to bring down our democracy is just plain silly, IMHO. This post may get me suspended for another week, but it’s what I truly believe.
Ultra conservative? Really? Some mistakes? I suppose it will be that way for you until you or your family become one of those “some mistakes.”
It’s not silly. Look at the evidence of FBI entrapment over the decades. The Gov. Whitmer case the most recent example of a dozen fed agents entrapping a handful of morons. It’s their most successful MO; have agents recruit and activate sub 85 IQ morons into some sinister plot and then claim they busted the world’s most sophisticated and nefarious criminals.
You cannot be serious.

I respect your opinion. But here’s the thing. The FBI is obviously a very important organization. So important that it cannot be making any mistakes (if you can even call them “mistakes”).
As an analogy, consider an airline bagger handler and an airline pilot. We can forgive a mistake or two from the baggage handler. But the pilot had better not fly into any mountains. He has to get it right every time.
Some folks believe that the FBI is beyond redemption. It has become too politicized. I find merit in that position.

Rather than battle you here I want to use you for information.
It is my belief that Comey,McCabe, Wray, Strzok, Page and others are anti-American and anti-Trump, and that they used private information access to try to destroy an innocent President. Knowingly and illegally. And that they are on the anti-American global and BLM opposite side from us here.
Question: When some here had sympathy for the FBI during Comey’s reign, people said “The good and honest FBI agents hate Comey and the other ‘dirty cops’ more than we do. They will turn on him or resign. Watch for mass resignations soon.”
We know there were none.
Please tell us from your friends’ knowledge if there is a large or small contingent of honest agents today and if here is a chance of true reform by toppling he corrupt ones at the top.
I’m sure they’re awesome “great guys”.
They’re amazing at NASCAR nooses, killing women holding a baby, shooting a dog and teenage boy, burning 76 men, women and children then bulldozing the site to prevent full forensic evaluation, stopping the Boston bombing, stopping the Orlando massacre, preventing a Muslim from killing Marines in a recruiting center, analyzing center fuel tank explosions and preventing that from ever happening again…….
They are the very best. They solve all these serial killings in about 45 minutes on tv and never ever entrap, intimidate or bankrupt innocent conservative citizens.
I’m sure that you’ll be treated well by your awesome FBI great Americans.
Just before the boot comes down on your neck make sure you tell them how great they are and how much you adore them.
