It’s not a guy. Look at the height difference, and the skinny belt. It’s his DATE. She probably died years ago, and when he told his handlers that, they realized that he could deny being in the photo and no one was alive to contradict him.
This paved the way for his disastrously destructive continuation in office, pandering as hard as possible to the black agenda. He literally sold his soul to BLM to remain in power.
