I agree with your conception as to who are the players in the political part of this. But how can they be suffering unless it is through the media when 18 of the top 20 in the world are scheduled and they followed the rules. None of those 18 are from Australia as the first Australian player is Alex de Minaur at #34.
I get the feeling that Djokovic screwed up and he’s trying to bully the country to allow him in special when he could be still positive. And he’s doing it with the media and not up front himself. And that I find just as dishonestly done as the liberals in the US do it all the time.
