My employer has never mentioned forced jabs and probably will continue with no jab policy even though they encourage us to get jabbed.
My wife’s employer issued jab or test decree two weeks ago and after scotus decision has said nothing else about it either way. A scared crap less president and HR director made the decision to force jab without consulting other senior managers and their board. Lots of unhappy people with these two. I have come to the conclusion that 99% of people in public education and HR are tyrants and totally devoid any compassion for the people they deal with and are incompetent and don’t know how to do the basics of their jobs.

They get drunk on power over people. I asked one HR guy one time..”What is your sole purpose in your job?” “To prove that your somebody and get little pats on your head from management?”
There is a huge paper manufacturer in the upper midwest that has become thee most fantastic failure I have ever seen..all because they havent a clue on how to run a business.
“OH WE CANT MAKE ANY PROFITS!” I told one that they are spoiled little uneducated kids. And then went on to explain how big of a failure they really were and if it was not for the investment firm they represented, they would be out on the streets.
Long story.
As for your wife? Take em to court.
And they wonder why there are unions. Its because of bastards like those.
