I have 2 employees that were supposed to be on that cruise and the Gem is my favorite ship and I told them no way no how would I get on that ship for 10 nights. It’s a small ship with limited facilities compared to the big ships. I’m not afraid of COVID (just recovered), but not going to be stuck in a 100 sq ft state room for 10 days!

I think I would tell them "You want me to stay in my room for 10 days? OK, a free bottle of good scotch per day and a good view out a window. Otherwise, somebody's getting hurt."
