As well as partaking in that lovely menu, I will be having fettucine with a shrimp and curry/coconut sauce. A nice crisp white wine (assuming Jeeves the Elder is serving) will be enjoyed during the rally. Some salad on the side, if I get out shopping today.

I think I'm going to spend the rest of this month's social security check and start with a bottle of a 2006 Gloria Ferrer Royal Cuvee California Sparkling about $31 Some chopped liver pate

and little baked spanakopita triangles served with a tzatziki sauce and fresh baked bread. Then a small sous vide picanha steak grilled a few minutes each side served with asparagus and tiny Greek potatoes. Wine? How about Napa Pine and Brown Spring Mountain Cab about $29
