I suspect this rally will be made up of perhaps those conservative federal employees (I am one) who do exist, and military (they count as feds), and black feds who don’t like the vax.

While I suspect the percentage is easily above 50% I very seriously doubt it's anything near 99%. DoD remains highly conservative on the workerbee (read that as non-Senior Executive Service) level.

60% of federal employees (of the ones who voted) voted for Biden. So that means 40% voted for Trump or a third party. So the feds are not 99% leftist.
