No less than 95%. Bank on it. I'm not being sarcastic, it's a fact.
I'm not counting military but that is changing very fast as well. Very soon there will be very few conservatives even in the military.

Hell it's more like 85% conservative just in my area. In the grand scheme of things in my location it's probably closer to 70% conservative.
Once you get outside of the DC region, your DoD flavor of government employee is a completely different animal.
