You’re probably right in fact I would love to see the percentage breakdown of all the categories of federal employees.

From what I’ve seen preferred minorities have a far greater representation in government jobs Than their population percentage.

So half are on welfare the other half have government jobs. Okay maybe not half but I’m guessing 40 and 40.

"From what I've seen preferred minorities have a far greater representation in government jobs Than their population percentage"

I'm sure that is accurate. It's the same reason I say the percentage of leftist in government is near 100%. They have been in the positions to do the hiring for decades and they don't hire conservative people. Few conservatives every even apply and those that do are weeded out very quickly.

Keep in mind I don't count the military in that percentage. The military has been the one area where conservative Americans have traditionally dominated. The commies we have now are working very hard to change that and they are going to be successful.

I have often thought maybe we should consider an affirmative action type law that would maintain at least a 50/50 split of political ideology through all government jobs at every level.

It's sounds impossible but it's not. It would be pretty easy to determine ones political leanings and each side could have a board that would have the power to remove any member who is suspected of playing for the other team.

Of course this will never happen. Even if it could it's too late. The guy who lost the election as well as everyone he selected is running the country. By definition our representative republic has already been lost.

One reason I think you see a lot of black federal employees is that there happens to be high concentrations of blacks living in DC, where 80% of federal jobs are.

In my office (I’m a fed), we have very few black employees—and that’s because it’s San Francisco. We have lots of Asians and Filipinos and some Latinos. Mostly white.

But more and more federal employees are tending to be female, and there are lots of female supervisors.

Additional information

Unionized Government workers

In 2010 8.4 million government workers were represented by unions, including 31% of federal workers, 35% of state workers and 46% of local workers.

I don’t have anything newer information then 2010. I doubt if the numbers shrank in the intervening 12 years.

Percentage federal workers are veterans

Veterans from all military service branches proudly make up a 30.8 percent of the Federal workforce — or more than 612,000 out of 1,990,033 employees in 2014 — according to Federal government statistics.

Again, I have no newer statistics.
