Certainly there are some conservatives but not many. It must really be a bummer being conservative and working (not military) in government. I can't imagine it actually and don't think I could ever do it.
I suspect if somehow we made it where leftists were not allowed to dominate government employment at all levels many if not most of our problems would magically go away.
Of course I don't see that happening.

Let’s just say I do a good job and I do try to protect the taxpayers’ interests. We need more good workers in the federal government, of whatever party.
I’ve worked for the Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations. As a civil servant I follow and implement the law and regulations as written. So to change a bureaucracy, the first thing to do is change the regs. That’s up to Congress. . .
