For shotgun shells. Geese, ducks and swans would swallow shotgun pellets when they ate from the water.

So if we spread enough steel pellets in the water then duck hunters can use magnets instead of shotguns🤪 Problem solved.

I think I saw that on a Looney Tunes show once.

YEAH? Good luck with that bullshit to.

I’ve been a dredge/placer miner for the last 40 years (until the environazis outlawed dredge mining); one thing I can tell you for sure, any lead shot dropped into a river, stream, creek, pond, or lake is going to sink into the mud/sand so fast that the ducks, geese, and swans will need at least a 5 horsepower 2 inch dredge to get at it.

Last time I checked waterfowl didn’t pack dredges on their migration flights!
