I’d bet good money that their emergency rooms look normal if not empty. I’d also bet good money that they have plenty of ICU space available.

There are some empty med/surg units in hospitals because of lack of staffing but ER’s and ICU’s are full.
Like my hospital in southern NJ. We do have Covid cases but tonight the ER was,... boring.
