It was her own money she withdrew. Not saying it’s right (for sure, not legal) but this type of thing is almost never pursued, especially at those amounts. Almost same same for the mortgage paperwork as long as you’re making the payments afterwards. You can almost always claim it was done to the best of your knowledge at the time you signed the forms. She has pissed someone bigly off, made a major enemy and they’re out to get her.
I know, it is her money, but I guess guess its not legal. She is a particularly inept and incompetent attorney.
