If you were to ask any of the 1 million Americans living with multiple sclerosis, they’d probably say their disease started with changes so small they almost didn’t notice them: a wobbly step, a weakening grip, sight going soft around the edges. But MRI scans of their brains — dotted with ghostly white scars — would tell a different story.
Those scars are signs of inflammation dating back multiple years. Each spot represents a dead zone filled with mangled remains of thousands, sometimes millions, of neurons. Like city blocks going dark during a power outage, these cells blinked out one by one after an immune storm stripped off the insulating myelin sheath that helps them send and receive electrical signals. But what triggers the immune system to turn on itself is still a mystery.
Now researchers have found strong evidence that it’s an infection, specifically the Epstein-Barr virus, best known for causing mononucleosis. In a large cohort of military service members followed over many years, infection with Epstein-Barr increased the likelihood of developing multiple sclerosis, or MS, by more than 32-fold, a team of scientists led by Harvard University’s Neuroepidemiology Research Group reported in the journal Science on Thursday.
“Our data strongly suggest Epstein-Barr virus is the leading cause of multiple sclerosis,” said Kjetil Bjornevik, a research scientist at Harvard and the study’s lead author. “It was a really dramatic increase in risk that would be very hard to explain any other way.”

There are currently no vaccines for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) but Moderna has two EBV vaccines (one preventative and one therapeutic) in development. The preventative EBV vaccine is in Phase 1 clinical trial and the therapeutic EBV vaccine is in preclinical development.
I wonder if CoupFlu vaxxes can cause reactivation of EBV...
I have MS it has been in remission for about 6 years now, my neurologist told me under NO circumstances to take the vax, I have never had the virus Epstein-Barr this is very interesting however!!
I’ve seen papers suggesting that the vaxxes have reactivated other viruses.
I hope we don’t find out the hard way, with a rash of new cases of MS among the vaxxed.
Have you been tested for it? It is extremely common, and you might have had it without symptoms, or as a kid when it is just one of hundreds of childhood sicknesses that don't get a diagnosis at the time.
My neurologist has had an overwhelming amount of NEW patients that have developed autoimmune disorders, he honestly believes that this has been caused by the vax!! From day one he notified ALL patients to stay away from the vax he did not have enough data to say it was safe for those with autoimmune disorders!! He put EVERY patient on a supplement regimen the very first week the virus was known even before the vax was out NOT ONE SINGLE patient contracted the virus!!
No I haven’t ever been tested for it, I just assumed I never had it I will ask my neurologist about this finding!!
I’ve read that 95% of everyone has had it.

So if this virus is what actually causes MS and if they can make an effective vaccine against the virus, that could practically eliminate MS going forward?
I would too! Maybe the typical C D3 zinc etc. but would love to hear the details.

I have worked with 26 patients with MS. Every single one of them had a trauma involving their father at age 5.
I first discovered this while working with a radiologist with MS who was in her mid fifties. She was on disability and moved with a walker.
I was presenting at a medical school in CT and a woman came up after and said that she had MS, but no trauma involving father around age 5. I asked to check, and sure enough the trauma was there. I then asked if her mother wore the pants in the household. She said yes.
So I revise this to say the trauma involves the father figure around age 5.
MS only happens to people with dominate feminine consciousness, regardless of gender. It is caused by a reversal in the emotional subconscious reward/ punishment response. The person actually causes their immune system to punish through suppression that causes the Schwann cells to not produce the myelin sheath around the neuron.
I’ve been able to identify the cyclic changes in MS symptoms and the stimulus causing the changes.
6 of the 26 cases the symptoms began on their honeymoon!
The list is NAC, C, D3, Zinc, and Quercetin I NEVER miss a day!!
Maybe we have had it but with no symptoms, if I don’t have symptoms who cares if I have had Rona!!

EBV can also cause certain lymphomas. Immune system cancers.
