He probably thought no crime was committed and quite frankly I didn’t see any myself.

The only criminal act I’ve heard about was the murder of Ashli Babbitt which apparently the insider trader Nancy Pelosi is perfectly fine with. And how many of the Jan. 6th tourists were armed? I haven’t read about one.
I think that would be showing he believed them guilty of the charges made against them.
