This isn’t a victim. It’s a horrific violation of the constitution. All mandates should have been thrown out. I don’t consider this even a slight victory. They are unbound by law.

Yep, everyone is arguing over how a business receiving federal funding obligates them to do whatever the government orders them to do. That is blatantly unconstitutional, but then 99% of the “administrative state” is unconstitutional. The court’s past twisting of the Commerce Clause opened the door for the federal government to get involved in nearly all facets of daily life, yet they have zero actual constitutional authority over any of it. And federal funding has become the mechanism they use to gain that control. NONE of that is legitimate. They use the same lie to stomp all over religious liberty by claiming that any government-funded enterprise (schools, public spaces, etc.) must be sterilized of any religious speech or display.

If we returned the federal government to their true constitutional boundaries, they would have very little to do and would not employ but a tiny percentage of those they currently do. They would be an afterthought, instead of the out of control beast that tells everyone how to live every aspect of their lives. The real question is how much longer until people finally have enough and decide to slay the beast?
