Blanket statements much? Definitely not the case for “every health care worker”. Nor has there been a mandate for every health care worker to have annual flu shots in order to work. Perhaps in your circle... but absolutely not for everyone.
My institution never mandated anything like this before. I've never had a flu shot.

I respectfuly disagree doc. Every facility I’ve worked in gave us the option to opt out of the flu shot. We just had to wear useless masks six months of the year.
