Overcharged but no choice.. sooner or later even the biased dullards in the media were going to report, even a little bit, on the fact that no one has been charged with insurrection or seditious conspiracy. Rhodes will be an interesting case. I photographed him on the Capitol East side; he was generally speaking to several men, but he did not appear to go inside or physically get involved with the action.
And is Ray Epps charged?
