What if they say No to experimental vaccines, Yes to approved, noting that until approved actually available, no mandate?

I suspect they'll punt and say No to feds and suggest this is a matter for the states to decide.

I pray that you are right, and believe that would be the correct ruling. However the trend line we are currently on strongly suggests they will use this opportunity to grant more federal power, which will be used as a precedent to enact even more mandates that increase their control over the citizenry. Hopefully that changes today but I’d be very surprised.
