Remember how, after the fall of Kabul, we were promised Taliban 2.0? It was going to be a softer, gentler theocracy -- one which was going to include a multitude of voices in government and which definitely wouldn't be embracing terrorism like it did during its first tenure running the country of Afghanistan.
Yes, well, about that: A report states the group, currently the de facto government of Afghanistan, has now threatened to send 2,000 suicide bombers to Washington, D.C. And yet, there's nary a peep out of President Joe Biden's administration.
It's not that we couldn't have seen this coming. Since the Biden administration's capitulation in Afghanistan this summer, the Taliban has made it clear through their actions they're still the same extremists they were when we chased them from power.

This would align well with the installation of heavy concrete and TALL jersey barriers in front of the WH, near the fountain, in the past 48 hours.
The fountain is also turned off. When I saw the vid, these barriers are about 10’ tall.
You mean good luck sneaking a bomber in across the southern border that is so closely guarded? Bringing in 2000 nuts to blow up DC would be no challenge at all with our border security. The challenge would be to keep the operation quiet enough that the feds don’t get wind of it beforehand.

The FBI will get right on this after they’re finished going after angry parents at school board meetings.
I suppose it also aligns well with the 30’ fencing on one side of the Capitol - these were installed about a week ago. They are situated between the steps and the entrance.

This is as it should be. Our elected officials have been endangering our people by allowing these terrorist free access to our country, and even paying them. If anyone is going to be the victim of their terrorist attacks, it should be the people in Washington.
Don’t worry, Branden will give them green cards, sign them up for COVID grants, give them “life line” access cell phones and internet. Pretty soon, most of them will turn into Democrats. As for a few of them actually following through with the suicide attacks, that’s just the price we Americans have to pay for being who we are.
