Our healthcare in this state has gone down. However, the illegal fentanyl and heroin is allegedly killing more faster. Newsom 2024!

Free health care and a $450k check if you were separated from your family. Not much incentive to wait your turn in line.

Live with it California. You didn’t try hard enough to get rid of the maniac posing as your Governor.

It hasn’t worked out well for the local hospital

California hospital files for bankruptcy
Ayla Ellison and Alia Paavola - Monday, December 6th, 2021

A 106-bed hospital in Watsonville, Calif., and its parent company have filed for bankruptcy protection.

Watsonville (Calif.) Community Hospital and its parent company, Halsen Healthcare, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Dec. 5. The hospital has between $10 million and $50 million in assets and liabilities within the same range, according to its bankruptcy petition signed by the hospital’s chief restructuring officer.

Documents filed in the case detail the goals of the bankruptcy filing, including keeping the hospital open, saving about 650 jobs and selling the hospital to a buyer that can support the healthcare needs of the community.

Hospital leaders said in the bankruptcy documents that they have negotiated a tentative agreement with the Pajaro Valley Healthcare District Project, and the nonprofit group has agreed to act as the stalking horse purchaser of the hospital. The group is made up of the County of Santa Cruz, the City of Watsonville, Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley and Salud Para La Gente and was formed to explore the purchase of the hospital.

Earth to Governor of California, before you propose the legislation please do two things.

(1) Please call South Carolina Republican who yelled to Obama that “You lie!” and apologize to him as he was right.

(2) Please call the CEO of U-Haul trucking and tell them that they will need to supply far more moving trucks and trailers to people moving out of California.

Illegal aliens. Not “immigrants” who are people who come here lawfully.

We voted for Prop. 187 and it was struck down by the courts.

Our voice as voters does not matter.

This is a complete joke. Not funny.

You either have to be wealthy or in the welfare class to live in California. As it is, it’ll slowly turn California into Brazil, not exactly paradise.

This asshole should be fixing bridges, paving highways, building dams for reservoirs and hydro power, building desalination plants, building nuke plants.

If anyone knows this jerk personally, pass along some common sense.

All illegal immigrants should move to California and replace taxpayers who are leaving.

Cannot understand how revenues can be at an all time high.

Thousands couldn’t work due to lockdowns, etc.

Many more thousands have LEFT the state completely-—with or without their jobs & businesses.

1st-in-the-nation health coverage for all immigrants

BS any illegal can walk into any hospital and get free coverage here in Los Angeles it’s cost the closure of at least four trauma centers.
Free things is bait for illegals or voter names as the democrats call it.

My mom’s latest illness revealed the fact that the state of California to which she and her husbands had paid taxes for 3/4 of a century had no help or programs for her. Her social security check was too big for her to qualify for any help from the state or county.

The people in the local offices were quite sympathetic but there was nothing they could do. She had to pay for her care with her own money. I was ready to pick the slack but er last illness (she was 99) was relatively short and died not completely broke.

But it still pissed me off. Illegals get put at the front of the line and citizens are expected to shut up and pay for them.
