Irrational fear is the primary ailment these people have and hospitals are gladly playing along with the charade.
The great majority of these people in saner times would simply be home with a bowl of chicken soup.
But deaths are waaaaaaaaaaaaay down, Folks!!!
Consider that last year there were no elective surgery patients and hospitals were empty, so of course there are more patients in hospital this year. Staff numbers? Remember last year all kinds of doctors and nurses were laid off because there were no patients? This year with more patients of all kinds, some of whom happen to test positive, hospitals have less staff because they’ve been laid off for refusing the clot shot.
It’s all lies, smoke, and mirrors.

NY State recently had hospitals start to distinguish between new Hospitalizations “because of” COVID symptoms, from other admissions, that just happened to test positive “with” COVID. About half just coincidentally also happened to have COVID.
In other places (Like Johannesburg and London) that have already crested their Omicron waves, hospital capacity did not get overwhelmed, or even stressed as much as during the Delta waves.
Another characteristic of Omicron, is that average hospital stays are much shorter (1-4 days). So beds get freed up much faster, significantly reducing the peak utilization.
National peak for Omicron expected soon - may just be happening around now.
It is because of the recent jabs many were coerced to take under threat of losing their career.
