You can still prep.
We keep our fridge at about 33 F and if you can find some farm fresh eggs, which are usually only days old, they will keep FOREVER in a good cold fridge, like months.
Even on the counter, they will last a good 3-4 weeks.
It’s a double edged sword though.
One chainsaw accident or heart attack and the further out you are...
Don’t get me wrong though, nothing I like better than being a long way away from people.
