I’m much more concerned with her surprise that the states have powers that the Federal government doesn’t. Medicine and medical statistics can’t be expected to be in her wheelhouse, but basic knowledge of the Constitution should be.
When she was nominated, I pointed out to my leftist brother-in-law that she was an unqualified jurist regardless of who nominated her. He replied in so many words that being a “wise Latina” made up for being an unqualified jurist.
