I could sort of see the idea of "using" the death of someone who advocated against the vaccine, then got Covid and died to illustrate the importance of getting vaccinated. In terms of argumentation, it shouldn't be off limited even if you disagree with the point their making. But that is very different from literally mocking someone who died. There is absolutely no excuse for that, period.
