Actually, you don't need to be familiar with any medical opinions about COVID to be able to recognize that Biden's exercise of executive power via mandates is unconstitutional. It's a Constitutional matter, not a medical one. Clearly, the Constitution does not grant Biden the executive power to force a medical procedure upon WE THE PEOPLE.
If the Latina were truly wise, she would be able to recognize that - regardless of the extent of her knowledge about COVID.
