The photographer took the wrong legal approach to claim taking photos of those she disliked violated her civil rights. She should have alleged that there were other photographers in the market place that were available and thus the customer had choice. I wonder if this so-called photographer is a plant or shill for gay rights groups? It is silly to be forced to serve all customers. Restaurants have the right to refuse service to anyone. This case smells.
Gays habitually want attention so they do purposely seek out Christian stores to gain a case. Like those in England who throw themselves across the hood of an on coming car so they can make an Insurance claim.
