The only time I have heard of judges introducing evidence in a trial they are the judge in, is that freak that handled the Gen Flynn persecution. How could the chief justice sit there and allow the other SCOTUS justices to introduce evidence? You want to know why the lower courts are so screwed up? It’s starts at the top. What a disgrace.
