“..subsidize..”
I understand China doesn’t subsidize. They make loans and when a country defaults, which is usual, they take payment out of raw materials, oil, port control, etc. China doesn’t play Mr. Goody Two Shoes.
So does everyone else. Except the Chinese are really giving, whereas the others are only taking.
