It has to be Obama. Assisted by Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, Ron Klain. I’m sure that Russia and China have a much clearer idea of who is in charge than we ever will.

Valerie Jarrett was widely believed to be Obama's handler and effectively the President. I tend to share that belief. She still reportedly still lives in the Obama household. Very odd.

I doubt that Obama has much of anything to do with the decision making. He was always a presentable spokesman (as long as he had a teleprompter), and still has value as part of the reserve team. But I believe others (the "Cabal") are calling the shots and always have been.

The public officials that we see are minions, in place to present the decisions made by people in the shadows. It is all theatre to distract and manipulate the population. And it seems to work.

As you say, the real powers-that-be all know each other and who is really in charge. We don't know them.
