Companies should be able to fire and hire. Most companies are reasonable, if they aren’t then they should fail. .Gov shouldn’t have a finger on the scale of success in either way.

A company cannot demand you do something harmful to yourself or be fired. They can fire you for cause at their discretion. They can also fire people simply to reduce costs.

What they can’t say without consequences is- “harm yourself, or be fired.”

Imagine if the harm was just as minor as cutting off the tip of your left pinky finger.

In the modern world, they should also expect to have to pay for unemployment compensation for up to the standard time period.

I like the way you think. Who are we to stop a company from claiming that blowjobs help prevent throat cancer in women and then forcing women to give their male coworkers a blowjob daily or be fired?
