Clearly for us: Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch.
Leaning toward us: Kavanaugh and Barrett.
The last two are hard to read.
Agree. Kavanaugh and Barrett are toss ups. I’m afraid they’ll throw in with Roberts.....again.

Question - is this to determine whether or not a stay of the mandate is in order so that it can be argued further, or is this for the whole ball of wax?
I think Roberts attempt to “help” the plaintiff was telling though.
I think he’s trying to look impartial.
But I don’t know. I don’t trust him for sure.
