Mayo Clinic is dismissing about 700 workers for failing to comply with a vaccine-mandate policy at the Rochester, Minnesota-based health system.
Employees had until Monday to either receive their first shots or obtain an exemption for medical or religious reasons, the StarTribune reported. Mayo Clinic said it granted the majority of exemption requests.

As mentioned, desantis has offered to,hire any fired medical professionals
That’s because health care professionals aren’t running this hospital. Politicians are.
The people being fired likely have better immunity than the vaxxed superspreader employees they’ve kept on.
Someone should get in Mayo’s grill about nosocomial spread of the coof at any/all of its locations.
They do understand that vaccinated spread Covid. When they want them to. However, they do not want the sheep to know they understand what is going on. So they play the game and the sheep are none the wiser. Whether one gets Covid depends on whether they want them to get Covid at that time. If they want you to get Covid, you got it. If they don’t want you to get Covid, you do not have it.
Agreed.
I wonder how many of these hospitals are going along with this fiasco because they don’t want to lose their tax exempt status?
“Safe.” What a phony, butt-kissing, virtue-signaling statement.
“he is ashamed of the way American doctors have either become “woke” or simply shied away from courageously defending the truth.”
The Federal government has gotten too large. They can use their money and power to silence almost anyone.
“Are we the only nation this stupid?”
Well, we know China definitely is not.
“I wonder how many of these hospitals are going along with this fiasco because they don’t want to lose their tax exempt status?”
Or experience significant issues with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements.
If things continue going the way they currently are, hospitals will completely lose their independence when they are folded into the government run national health service.
more than our hospital administration it seems
Nah. They’ll spin this thusly, “the beds available at the Mayo Clinic are maxed out due to the unvaccinated!”, when in fact, it is because they are now under staffed.
STUPID BEYOND BELIEF!!
I do not advocate the vaccine mandate, and the article was scant on specifics, but Mayo's various facilities employ 62,000 people. 700 out of 62,000 does not make for a revolution.
Now they will blame the vile unvaccinated for filling up the hospitals.
yes, Mayo Rochester used to have a superduper reputation
Yep. Brandon already cut off the monoclonal antibodies supply
700? They KNOW SOMETHING.......................
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++=
I was thinking 700 was a pretty ‘large’ number ... that’s going to ripple the ‘staffing’ waters a bit. And yeah, these are the people who have eyes/minds wide open and can see who is coming into hospitals/doctor offices so they do ‘know something’ is terribly wrong with the shots.
Perhaps This Will
FLATTEN THE CURVE!
.
Maybe Not.
Nuremberg Trials,
.
I love that sound.
But it was okay to work for longer than a year during the onset of COVID without being vaccinated; they were considered as “Hero’s”. Now they are unemployed in a market that is significantly understaffed. The same goes for the military releasing all of the non-vaxxed personnel during a crazy time when Russia and China are flexing their muscles.
