China on Tuesday said it would keep modernizing its nuclear program in the name of "safety" but called on the United States and Russia to make greater cuts to their arsenal stockpiles. ...
...Fu’s comments come one day after the five states recognized under the 1968 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) — the U.S., Russia, France, the United Kingdom and China, who are also the five permanent members (P5) of the UN Security Council — issued a joint pledge to lower the risk of nuclear war.

Hey… let’s you two disarm…OK?
I wish I had the ability to set off all of China’s nuclear weapons simultaneously. That comes close to a just punishment for what they’ve done to the planet.
The US/Russia can drop/fire a few at China to cut back
Lets Go China!
.

RE: Fu’s comments....
China is stoking the conflict between the US and Russia.
Ponder this: China owns the US leadership. US leadership is trying to curtail Russia via conflict and sanctions.
Meanwhile China is “supposedly” working closely with Russia in a quasi-friendship manner yet does nothing to stop the anti-Russia sentiment out of the US.
One could say China is using the US to weaken Russia.
If Russia collapses, China will grab the entire Russian Far East. If the US collapses, its only obstacle to world power is gone.
If a war breaks out, both the US and Russia will be weakened.
China comes out ahead... almost like it is planned.
