Those dogs when properly trained are supposed to let go instantly on command. That cop had NO control whatsoever. Was he trying to hit the top of the dogs head with the baton?

I couldn’t tell if he was hitting the man or the dog.

If he was hitting the dog, all he did was jack up that Mal even worse.

Cop needs to take a desk job, dog needs a training refresher.

The dogs are always taught an ‘out’ command. The dog wasn’t given one. They will sit down immediately, at least they do when I train them to out.
