Secretary Scott Releases Phase 1 Progress Report on Full Forensic Audit of 2020 General Election (Texas)
Texas Secretary of State ^ | Dec 31, 2021 | Sam Taylor

Posted on 12/31/2021 12:27:42 PM PST by texas booster

Texas Secretary of State John Scott today released a progress report upon conclusion of Phase 1 of the state's full forensic audit of the 2020 General Election. The report, which outlines initial findings regarding the security and integrity of Texas' election systems in Collin, Dallas, Harris and Tarrant counties, shows that:

Statewide, a total of 509 potential cross-state duplicate votes were cast in the November 2020 General Election - meaning these individuals may have cast a ballot in both Texas and another state. Of those, 9 cast ballots in Collin County, 12 cast ballots in Dallas County, 27 cast ballots in Harris County, and 12 cast ballots in Tarrant County.

Since November 2020, 224,585 deceased voters have been removed from the voter rolls in Texas - indicating the counties are performing their fundamental duties under federal and state law to maintain the accuracy of the statewide voter registration list and mitigate fraudulent activity related to potentially deceased voters. Collin County removed 4,889 deceased voters, Dallas County removed 14,926 deceased voters, Harris County removed 23,914 deceased voters, and Tarrant County removed 13,955 deceased voters.

Statewide, a total of 67 potential votes cast in the name of deceased people are under investigation. Of those, 3 were cast in Collin County, 9 were cast in Dallas County, 4 were cast in Harris County and 1 was cast in Tarrant County.

Statewide, a total of 11,737 potential non-U.S. citizens were identified as being registered to vote. Of these, 327 records were identified in Collin County, 1,385 were identified in Dallas County, 3,063 were identified in Harris County and 708 were identified in Tarrant County. While counties still have a significant number of pending investigations to complete, and have undertaken this list maintenance process to varying degrees, so far Dallas County has cancelled 1,193 potential non-U.S. citizen records, Tarrant County has cancelled one record, and Collin and Harris have not cancelled any potential non-U.S. citizen records. The final findings will be verified during Phase 2 of the full forensic audit.

In a review of each county's partial manual count report required under Texas law, three of the four counties reported discrepancies between ballots counted electronically versus those counted by hand. The reported reasons for these discrepancies are included in the report and will be re-examined, investigated and verified during Phase 2 of the full forensic audit.

Each of the four counties has dedicated at least $136,000 to enhancing their respective election security postures over the past two years - including both cybersecurity and physical security of election equipment. This includes funds provided through Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Election Security allocation to the State of Texas, as well as local matching county funds.

To the extent any information was not made available to the Texas Secretary of State's office before the publication of this report, the SOS office will endeavor to include any outstanding data figures in the final forensic audit report released after the completion of Phase 2.

Not a massive finding of fraud in the big cities, but there are some interesting tidbits:

... three of the four counties reported discrepancies between ballots counted electronically versus those counted by hand.

Which in my way of thinking shouldn't be.

Here’s a good guide:

Yes they did - this part of the audit is finding the easy stuff.

I trust that phase 2 will look for odd patterns of votes being dropped in 1,000 at a time, as in the Maricopa County, AZ elections.

They went wild in the streets in Harris County - 327,000 more "votes" than Obama's 2008 record.

The benchmark for suspicious vote counts is 108% more than Obama's 2008 county total in any state.

120% more - you just have to start looking at how they did it in that county.

I cleaned up the table in post #8 - they were showing 142%, 212%, 155% and 150% increases over Obama's 2008 record turnouts.

They were cheating so hard their fingers bled. When I see 108% more than Obama 2008, I start smelling vote fraud.

This stuff is off the charts. They wanted Texas bad.

that Biden could legitimately get substantially many more votes than Obama is wildly questionable to me. don’t insult my intelligence.

Reg #2 Collin County.

The massive increase in the growth of the county is due to (mostly) well run city governments, and a strong conservative bend throughout the county. McKinney, Frisco and Prosper are strong conservative cities.

That does not mean that there is not an equally strong liberal bend among teachers, government workers and minorities. Equal and opposite reactions and all that.

The older parts of Plano are graying out, and we see many dot Indians moving in, even more than in the past. Add to that the Toyota relocation project, to name one major influx of Californians, and there may be reasons why Biden picked up some votes.

But as the major, older cities of Texas get hollowed out, I expect that vote fraud will grow even more than we expect.

Which is the point that kiryandil is making in his posts.

Sure Texas is growing but voter fraud is a polished art, especially in the down ballot races, in cities big and small.

For the Dems to think that they could cheat at this scale in the most watched races in an election tells us that something has changed,

Now to find it.

The Rats’ Grand Plan is to flip Texas. They'll do it by flooding the state with wetbacks....with mail in balloting....with a Soros sponsored Secretary of State (in charge of elections) and in other ways as well.

Collin County census numbers:

2000 491,675 86.2%
2010 782,341 59.1%
2020	1,064,465 36.1%

2000-2010: 29,000 increase per year (average) 2010-2020: 28,000 increase per year (average)

Note that this is ALL, not just voting age.

So, we get 12 years @ 29,000 per year = 348,000 increase from 2008 to 2020.

The total votes increased from 296,583 to 490,856, roughly 200,000 "votes". 200,000/348,000 = 57% of ALL new residents voted.

It would be plausible if ALL the voting age people of all the new residents voted (turnout of the newbies around 95-100%).

I'm thinking not.
