My mother died one month after her 100th birthday and a friend just lost his mother 2 weeks after her 100th.

Since we’re telling 100 stories: my grandson was born exactly on my grandmother’s 100th birthday (she’s still alive). We got a great picture of five generations, one hundred years to the day apart from newborn to great great grandmother.
